Jonathan Burch
Director and Co-founder
Jonathan has over 30 years experience in commercial aviation achieving the position of Training Captain, Instructor and Examiner on the Airbus A380 and A350 with a major European carrier. He was promoted to Captain in 2005 flying all variants of the Airbus A320 family of aircraft, including steep approach operations on the A318. Jonathan was trained to fly by British Aerospace and started his career in Hong Kong, joining Cathay Pacific on the Boeing 747-400, based at Kai Tak airport. He returned to Europe, joining his current employer in 1994 where, as a First Officer, he flew the Boeing 737 and Boeing 777.
Marcus Hankey
Director and Co-founder
Marcus has worked in the City of London for almost 30 years, latterly as a Director at a multinational investment bank, working in European equity sales to institutional clients. Prior to this, he worked as a UK equity analyst and fund manager at Deutsche Asset Management, Legal & General Investment Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management, managing a series of UK equity portfolios. He started his career in the Oil & Gas tax practice of Ernst & Young. He has a degree in Mathematics from Imperial College, London and is a member of the CFA Institute.
